Delivery and Returns

Real Paint Samples will be dispatched daily, via Royal Mail, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
Postage is free of charge.
Delivery is available within the United Kingdom only. Crown Paints cannot be held liable for any loss or damage, other that attributable to the delivery process.
During busy periods, extreme weather conditions or due to technical issues outside our control, delivery may occasionally be delayed.
If you wish to return an item because there is a fault, please contact Paint Talk 0330 0240281. Please contact us within 6 months of receipt for a replacement product or refund. The faulty item will be collected.

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, then the following applies:

• Within 7 days, you can return the item(s) either via courier (at your own cost) or via one of our Crown Decorating Centres. On receipt of goods, a refund will be given excluding initial delivery charge.

• Within 8 – 28 days, you can return the item as above but a 20% surcharge of your order value will be applied to the refund (and refund will exclude initial delivery charge).

• After 28 days, the item will be refunded at the discretion of Crown Paints (minus delivery charge and 20% surcharge).

Refund given on receipt of goods which must be in a saleable condition.
